A guy I worked with recently retired as a Sargent Major in the reserves .He had to pass a final physical before he retired and his belly was too big. After an online search he coated himself in preparation H and then wrapped himself in Saran Wrap an hour before the physical.

Do they just measure the waste size or weight? It is possible to push the visceral fat around with a binder but that doesn't do anything for weight of course. I'm guessing this guy is not a theoretical physicist?

Probably a pinch test to measure body fat. The preparation H would tighten up the skin. It is also used as an anti-wrinkle cream.

Maybe dehydrated himself plus used the cream to help dehydrate the skin even more?

Ah...a skinfold test. That makes sense, although the most useful one is tricep. You need a sizable caliper to check belly fat on some people. [:D]

Saran wrap might work to temporarily reduce skin extracellular fluid...might cause a DVT too. [:)]

The KB and a second smaller TF with a CV are at Beazelbob..this means they could spring down and attack Kaimana (New Guinea) or even Dobo so I sent all the transports South again.

Front line guys at Clark are in pretty good shape although the infantry squads are dwindling because neither the US Army (in the PI) or Philippine Army have any replacement infantry squads left.

We are still able to get replacement armor and heavy weapons.

It looks like you need to bring in some infantry units.

This is, of course, true but there is the small problem of Manila AF with tons of Vals and local Jap air superiority...not to mention the KB. There are two Philippino divisions resting at Bataan and one at Subic. Note also that Clark is near overstack, which consumes more supply and results in larger casualties.

What I am doing is when a unit gets to about 30% disablement they march back to Bataan and the best unit available marches back to Clark to take its place.
