If you have your low TOE divisions near/on rail heads then it will take a total of 1 whole turn to fill them up It also means you can supply an offensive with 10's of thousands of AFV and 100's of thousands of infantry along 1 rail line which can be incredibly difficult for the Soviets to deal with properly It's all rather unrealistic to put it mildly

I am shooting for 70 or 80%. also you can only fill a few units a turn max.

plus rr capacity is a major issue when you want to redeploy tanks for spring offensive. Very hard to move all and bring to the front the new reinforcements.

OK. Let's assume an offensive with 10 pz/mot divs at TOE 20, and near or on a rail hex. How many turns before they will be at TOE 70-80 ?

filling units depending purely on replacements in the pool and how close they are to a rail line. Don't think anything else factors in other than the ToE setting to ensure they get fully replaced.

Also setting them to refit so they get first crack at the replacements available.

It's called the 'right hook'. Some people prefer to go around Leningrad, encircle the city and hopefully a lot of sov troops.

correct except I had to take a much further southern route.

In the middle I had this nice hold. This defended hex was within 5 hexes of both OKH and AGN hq

Also I noticed this turn many of the Russian attack were converted to scouting.

Also many Russian air fighters.

Heavy pressure north of Pskov as my lines are line and split.

Also units stuck holding down northwest port.

I retake my spear point where the mountain unit had been ejected.

top secret report
German armor is moving into the Kharkov area for undecided operations and refit. So far mostly SS units.

Also will be returning the red panzer corp which had been North for the past few months.
