Large headlines appear in the papers in Britain and the United States: "De Gaulle accuses the British and US commanders to be cowards - Paris is starving. According to the French resistance, the death toll in the city approaches 100.000 citizens."
Churchill is forced to appear in the House of Commons to explain why the city isn't attacked and the French are starving there. Roosevelt is forced to replace Bradley, due to the political turmoil in the US Senate...
Morale of this story: why didn't you attack Paris? You can stand the loss of three units and every German unit destroyed in the city, can't be replaced by them...

The US and CW are waiting for the French 2nd armored division to show up and spearhead the attack. Apparently the only attack they wish to spearhead is to lead the celebration down the Champs Elysees after the USA and CW have cleared the city of the Geermans. [:)]ORIGINAL: Centuur
