Nice day out in Denver. I have everything at work running smoothly, there are no tickets. I'm standing at a window watching the sun wash over the Rockies. So the boss comes up & asks "What are you doing today?" "Nothing" I proudly respond, "I finally got it all under control"
Wrong answer.
"Good, tomorrow is Earth Day, I need you to dig a hole." [:(][:@][8|]
You need to get ya that green button for co-workers/bosses.[:D]

Happy Earth Day!
So I'm hard at work at my desk (having learned from yesterday), and my boss comes up "Nice hole, but it needs to be bigger for our tree". "What tree?" I ask warily. " I ordered one yesterday, but they can't deliver. Since you have a pickup, we need you to go get it. They sent me planting instructions, I think your hole needs to be bigger."
And then the punchline "And get it done in the next hour, OK? The VP of operations wants to come down & get a picture planting it for the company web page" <Captain Bingamtons voice> I Could Just Scream.

Did the conversation end with a 'whoosh', a 'CLANG', a dented shovel and a limp boss in the back of your pickup en route to his new hole? If not, you've shown remarkable restraint.

Remember after that tree is planted it's going to need plenty of urea liquid fertilizer. [;)]

They back-filled it a bit [:@] Guy went out with a silver shovel for pictures. I positioned myself strategically behind him with my...less than shiny garden implement. After a few pics he was told I put it all together, so he asked me if I wanted to be in the picture. Being a man of few words I said "No', and went back to my office.
Anyone know of a job for a telecom engineer? I may be looking soon [:'(]
