I enjoyed playing it. It was before the latest patch diminishing the UK str. The UK was a bit too strong. The Invasion of France in 43 was done without removing a single troop from the already overcrowded Egypt front. The USSR was at 30% exp. But, the occupation force in France was to weak to prevent a landing IMHO. 41 and 42 were scary at times for the USSR, but then, if it is not, then there is something wrong. You should feel it, as I'm sure that the Soviets felt it. If this game bring anything to the table, it is the necessity for the Germans to properly keep troops in France to keep it from falling to easily and force a Italian campaign. On the Allies side, it is to be prepared for such an opportunity to punish an All-in strat in Russia. Keep England, transform it into a giant airbase bombing the economy of the Axis at every opportunity and pose a serious enough threat. Basically, UK should follow a siege strat untill the US is at war, a bit like the German strat with its fleet vs the Home Fleet and the Med theatre.
