AG north Turn 51

June 7th more major attacks along the front threaten 2 Soviet Divs, further North the last sea port fortress on Lake ladoga is taken.

The Leningrad front HQ is also attacked.

Only minor attacks on 16th Armee front, at this time the troops are just sitting in a holding position waiting for orders.

AG Centre Turn 51

The assault on the Moscow defences intensifies as 2 pockets are formed, many other soviet units simply route in the face of determined attacks.

I am aiming at trying to catch as many enemy units as possible while still trying to push through to Moscow and Tula.


More pockets further South but i just cant through yet to encircle Orel, maybe next turn.

There is a lot troops down here that need to be driven back or cutoff and destroyed.

AG South Turn 51

All pockets are destroyed and combined push by 5 Armies traps the Kharkov defenders.

Belgorod falls, while further east I bring troops forward for the next wave of attacks.

Further South only a few attacks but the Hungarians push forward, I launch 1 attack against the defenders of Sevastopol to soften the up.

Supply Turn 51

Going quite well here, but the best news for me was reading the leaders section.

The Attacks in the North produced not just one death of a senior enemy commander but two !

The attack on the Leningrad Front HQ resulted in the death Georgy Zhukov, a major blow to the enemy, also killed was the Commander of Neva Army.

Losses And OB Turn 51

The Red Army huge losses with over 350,000 casualties and over 370 AFV's destroyed.

In the air the price was high for both sides.

The Soviet OB is just barely over 4 million, this is very good.

Currently

German Korps at level 4

German Armee's at level 4

High Commands at Level 2

Axis Allied Armies at level 1 /2

Though a quick check of the Italian 8th and Hungarian 2nd show them at 4 / 3 so that will have to be looked at.

Also noticed after a quick cursory look at a few Romanian corps HQ's there at level 4, that will also have to be looked at.

Naturally I give priority to the Germans.

I also find it funny that my minimum needs are low, my AI Quartermaster General is doing sterling job because my supply depot setup is pretty average at best, I am not that good at setting up my supply lines.

Yeah, your supply need/received looks awesome.

Looks like the same case as with a Soviets that use supply priority 4. After few turns units have enough freight stored so they demand less.

I was playing with supply priority 2 in my GC and my demand was 30k-60k.

Multiple attacks along the front line, 18th Armee links up with The Finns at the Svir river.

The Soviets are falling back towards Rybinsk Reservoir with heavy losses.

June 14th both pockets in the Moscow area are destroyed, I will do some redeploying to get the right troops in place for the next attacks.

There is a lot of troops defending in front of the city.

Orel is finally encircled and more POW's go into captivity.

The terrain beyond the city is open territory idea for my Pz's to move through.

AG South Turn 52

The huge force defending Kharkov is destroyed with tens of thousands of enemy troops surrendering.

1st Pz Armee supported by 17th Armee and the Romanians create another pocket Voroshilovgrad.

The drive on The Black Sea continues as 11th Armee captures Krasnodar.

No attacks against Sevastopol this week.

There is a huge amount of POW's captured right across the whole front, nearly 400,000 men at arms and just under 200 AFV's destroyed.

The air war is intense again high losses on both sides.

The Russian OB is now under 4 million, this has been a big week for the Ostheer.

Lodeynoe Pole is taken on the Finnish border as the Russians fall back in disarray leaving big gaps in the line.

Not a lot of attacks and I am not rushing as the supply lines are getting longer, its about consolidating territory.

A lot of attacks against the Moscow defences with many enemy units routing, Kalinin is encircled .

Only 30 miles from Moscow, Stalin must be panicking by now.

Further south the forces defending Tula are trapped, and both 4th Armee and 2nd Pz Armee form pockets.

AG South Turn 53

After the victory at Kharkov 6th , 17th and 4th Pz Armee's cross The Donets River en mass, Soviet forces are pushed back to the banks of The Oskol River.

The big pocket in the Donets Basin is destroyed, but The Soviets still have a substantial force barring way to Rostov.


On the Black Sea the Axis push forward as The Italian 8th Army arrives.

In the Crimea the first serious attempt to take the city fails but the defences there have been reduced.

Still solid numbers there in manpower losses to the Soviets and also the over 400 AFV's destroyed.

The air situation is about equal in losses.

The Soviet OB is looking a lot better than a couple of weeks ago.

1. Can you show turn summary or how that screen is named when you open a game or get a new turn with a men/equipment losses/received + ammo / trucks / supplies.
2. Can you show vehicles losses in ground losses report?
3. How many trucks did you manage to capture?
