Allies won initiative. Shall we let Axis go first as planned?

If your attack is going really well, it's an ambush.

I vote that Axis go first but CW must decide since it is mostly their convoys that are at risk.

The reason to build it is the supreme fragility of the Soviet Union in 1941. A CW AMPH will cut into a potent Axis weapon in Russia - Italy's Action Limits. It is really great as the Axis to have Balbo, 3 Italian bombers, 2 ATRs, and a couple FTRs all in Russia, and then take Air Impulses for Italy, all while the CW just builds stuff.

Early on you can't know the Axis plans, sure. If it is Spain and Med, the 2nd round of build for the AMPH can be delayed.

Here is a fun way to use it - raid Brittany with the AMPH, and the MAR and the PARA, the turn before a Fort finishes construction. If Brest can be cleared of Axis ZoC (could be bloody - bring divisions, too), parking a new fort there can make the Germans have to dig it out, without their best U-Boat base for several turns. If the raid doesn't work out, be mean to the Japanese by placing the fort in Singapore instead.

Going to have to remember to transport the fighter to the new Belgian home country or to make Belgian Congo the new home country so that you can get the pilot.

I can not see any other practical setup of the Belgians. [:(]

Will US get the CPs to South China Sea and eventually Bay of Bengal to get the Philippines resource to China?

Yes, US has 2 CPs in Philippines at the moment. Because China gets more resources than they have factories, CW will send oil resource to China to be saved.

I will rebase that fighter next impulse after DoW to neutral country (Angola).

Then the US resource should be sent to China and not the French, nor any from the CW. Do China need 1 or 2 resources to produce for full capacity?

I see that Gibraltar is weakly defended. So I am considering going for it. Currently the odds of capturing it is to low. But next turn, depending on several factors the odds might be between 30% to 40% of capturing Gibraltar. And would that succeed then Spain could be aligned. What do you think? Should we discuss this opportunity further or do we think the opportunity will be gone before we could put the operation together?

If there is 30% odds to get Gibraltar, it’s worth trying. As soon as you can, go for it.

Do we need to send German INF divisions to La Spezia for that or will you break down MTN?

I was planning for breaking down the MTN. German divisions can not get support by the Italian shore bombardment without negative die modifier.

That way it is smarter. Germany will press in north so that CW need to focus there.

And I've been thinking of ways to keep their focus, and forces, from the from in Belgium and the west front. [:)]

I am a bit shocked that they played an offensive at this point. Stunned even. Not sure what to think of it. Although one of my main goals with France has just been achieved.

All available Japanese forces next to 2nd Cavalry attack it (Hex 87, 142). 15:4+1 in odds is expected. The naval bomber adds 2 points in ground support to guarantee that the final odds is 4:1+1 or better. The bomber lands in Changsha. The division is assigned as first loss unit and the garrison as second. No forces advance into the combat hex.

Ki-32 rebase south to hex 86, 142
Ki-30 rebase west to hex 76, 135

No reorganization.

Mee too. But I guess they take Metz. I missed they bomb that too.

Of course you rolled the worst possible result on the blitz table. A one would have been a lot better. So I demand a good attack roll in Belgium as compensation. [;)]
