There isn't enough room left in Nazi controlled Germany to place most of their newly built or returning units.

No changes from last turn. The only voluntary trade is two oil points sent by the USA to China and France. While China is still heavily involved in fighting the Japanese, France appears to be mobilizing for the post-war world. Typical France!

If it seems like it's been awhile since the allies moved first it has been. In checking my logs, the last time the allies moved first was on turn 29, May/June 1944, which is over a year ago. Specifically, 7 turns ago.
