Yes, now that the physical options are live on the UK, EU and Australian stores, we just got the upgrade coupon codes setup. I hope we can get these live tonight, if not then Monday morning.

Erik

Thx for the update.

Can I ask, how do I get my upgrade option? The link posted in the first post in the thread says the offer has expired, but I didn't fill this out because I read that the option was only available to US stores (and thought that I wasn't to fill it out at that time) and also we were to be informed as to when the option was available (at which time, I thought we were to notify Matrix).

I have been waiting very patiently, not posting to bug anyone, knowing you were working on it and will let us know in due course...but I never went back to the first thread after initially reading it...

So basically, I haven't let you know that I bought the Digital Download and wanted the upgraded offer. Is it too late for me?

If you read Erik's post above you will notice that he said "live" for the European upgrade offer on Monday morning (hopefully). It is not even Monday morning in the USA [;)] . I'm very positive that Erik will get you an in depth instruction on how to use the upgrade offer [;)]

Thx Marc

I did read Erik's post above...which made me think I had to read this thread from the beginning...then I saw the link on the first post to a form to fill out...when I clicked on that, it said the offer had ended...so i thought I missed the boat.

We can hardly have 'missed' the boat if we got to the harbour on time but it never actually turned up. [;)] Which it still hasn't, incidently.

I'm checking with our web admin, who is in charge of getting this setup as it involves a custom upgrade database/applet he built for use with the US upgrades. My estimate of Friday or Monday was based on past experience. I'll find out tonight if it will still be today or later (in which case, hopefully tomorrow).

I missed the offer. Any chance we can get the manual added to the services portal so we can get a deal on getting it printed like some of the other games, or offer the manual for sale?

Thanks.

I have my promo code (through Europe Store). I am, however, confused as to where this order is despatched from - USA or Europe.
If from the U.S. then how what are the postal charges please?
Thanks.
