Monkey no problem. People are passionate about lots of things and I appreciate your input to make this a better scenario.
I probably didn't state the Russian Shock correctly but I didn't change anything in the out years for them. Their shock goes up in 43, 44 and 45. Maybe having their shock 90 for 41 then 100 for 42.

I can't say enough on how I like the way this scenario plays out. Since I usually play the axis (and lose) I want to see if we can get the scenario to last till the great soviet offensives. I hope it can be fun for both players and nail biting.

Again thanks for your input. It is nice to know why the designers did things the way they did them.

Here's me trying to get organized again. To bring the various divisions of the separate army's together I'm producing pictures of where they are to give me an idea where to move them. Here's the Soviet 43rd Army formation.
