David Bell is on the Rangers for some reason.

David Bell, was with he Phillies for latter part of 2006, and was a non-roster invitee (not on 40 man roster) for the Rangers in spring training according to MLB hot stove news. I don't know if he even made it to Spring training. Now he is not on anyone's roster at the present as far as I can determine. The rosters reflect the beginning of the year assignments, there are 1800+ players in this association, feel free to put David Bell where you wish or not.
