Don't know how it is in other states, but here in Oregon, ODOT is replacing and repairing bridges a lot. My company does the survey work for these projects. At the moment, there are so many project out to bid that we are unable to bid on more then 20% of them. It's nice because we can pick and choose our projects, but I still hate to pass up on other good projects.
