Will current owners of WiTP get a break on the price, or will they just have to throw out WiTP and replace it for 70-80 dollars?

Nope on both counts. Admiral's Edition is an expansion pack for WitP. You will need to have the original game.

Hi, well I'm guessing this will be released the same day in July as Witp was originally. I had to wait  back then to buy it because my wedding was on the Saturday of the week it came out.
