Are there any reviews available for CoG:EE

This sequel to the award-winning Crown of Glory takes Napoleonic Grand Strategy to a whole new level. This represents a complete overhaul of the original release, including countless improvements and innovations ranging from detailed Naval combat and brigade-level Land combat to an improved AI, unit upgrades, a more detailed Strategic Map and a new simplified Economy option. More historical AND more fun than the original!

I think it's strange that the difficulty level Normal gives bonuses to the
AI when FoF has a level where AI and player are on par. What is so difficult
to make a level without bonus and "historical" values?

From the FoF manual, p. 19:
Difficulty Level – You may change the difficulty level by clicking on the Difficulty button and choosing a level from the
pop-up screen (otherwise it will default to the displayed level). Each level of difficulty adds 20% to every category of income
each turn for computer-controlled players, gives computer opponents increasing bonuses in combat, and subtracts from every category
of net income each turn for human-controlled players. The three easiest difficulty levels – Tutorial, Corporal, and Sergeant –
provide bonuses for the human player. First Sergeant provides no bonuses either to the player or to the computer opponent.

Ugh.  I own FoF, too, and I don't want to even think about whether the manual describes its difficulty levels accurately.  I'm just going to assume that First Sergeant is what it says it is.
