I remember meeting the senior Mr. Heath at Origins a few years ago.  I'm very sorry to hear of his passing and my thoughts are with his family in this stressful time.

It's the tough part of getting older. Losing so many you love. Of course, we can take great comfort in these words:

"Raised from the dead, He goes before;
He opens heaven's eternal door;
To give His saints a blest abode;
Near their Redeemer and their God."

and

"Vain the stone, the watch, the seal;
Christ has burst the gates of Hell;
Death in vain forbids His rise;
Christ hath open'd Paradise."

Hi Guys

I wanted to thank you all for your support over what I guess becoming the hardest part of my life to date. He was a great Dad and I will miss him very much as will my family. I was a very lucky son to have him with me going on trips and spending time with me and his grand kids over the last few years. It was a great surprise and comfort how so many all the posts and of you emails/PM I got with your memories of talking with my Dad at conventions and some of you even sent pictures. I forgot how many of you live in Colorado. He really enjoyed talking with everyone and looked forward to the trips. Some of you have asked me about the services and a place to send cards or flowers to. You can find the information and link below. There is also going to a web site for any one who wants to can leave a message.

Wednesday January 26: viewing 11-2 & 4-7
At: The Imperial Funeral Home 5450 Hwy 78 west Pueblo, Colorado. 719 564-0920

Thursday January 27: : Memorial Service will also be at 10:00 AM.

The Reception will follow at Amazing Grace Fellowship 142 Stardust drive Pueblo West, Colorado 719 547-1600

We are also setting up a Web Site Guest Book for people to leave messages for those who want to. http://www.imperialfunerals.com (its is important to have the www in front of the name). Once on the site please look for the name Captain Thomas Heath to access it. This site will be available later today.

Again thank you all for all your support and love.

Dave, condolences to you on the loss of your dad. It was nice to read your postl how highly you thought of him. Too many don't have good reatlionships with, or memories of, their fathers. For those who do, it can be tough to fill the space when they pass away. Blessings to you and your family.
