He was a very intelligent and interesting man - one who could have made many more contributions to this game if some of the known Masters of Harassment here would have quit hounding and belittling him so much. I will miss his comments, and like most, had little idea of what he was saying.

My condolences to his family and friends. I wish I had been in his circle of friends.

I learned in Nov by Private Message that he was only 64 years old. He had some pretty impressive credentials that deserved respect. He like I respected El Cid and disliked Board bullying but he always maintain a gentlemanly presents on the Board.

I will miss his contributions.

Rest in peace Harry.... [:(]

I am sorry that I thought you were sometimes a bit pompous in your posts, where in reality you were just a lot smarter than me. [&o][&o][&o]

R.I.P. Harry. I appreciated your intellect even as I wished that there was an app providing translation for those of us who didn't get past Calculus.

Herwin? Nooooooo. [:(]

He was sometimes confusing, but more often he prepared the way for complex discussions
I enjoyed very much. If you tried to follow him you always learned something.

Very sad news indeed. The average IQ on this forum just dropped a sizable notch (I'm sure he'd have a perfect formula to describe that).

Too bad. Very interesting career he had. He sounds like one of those guys who could teach you about science or mathematics just from a walk in the woods.
