I spent about 15 minutes looking around the Members Club. I found a download for 1.7.09, but couldn't find 1.7.11. So, where should I go in the Members Club???[&:]

Question 'bout Road to Leningrad scenario in 1.07.11b ver. - I have Army Group Center HQ east of Warsaw (on non-playable hex)? Is it bug? I am rather sure it used to be somewhere next to Koenigsberg in 1.07.08 version.
