Next up its the Commonwealth! I scrap all the carrier aircraft. They are totally useless and would rather keep my carriers in port than waste pilots on those things.

I now hit a snag - I need to place the convoy points. I best read up on this.

Try the Restore Setup button for the Commonwealth. That will place your navy on the map. You can then rearrange things but getting the convoy pipelines set up immediately is a big time saver.

The French seem light on units!! I can't cover the Italians properly - yikes!

When France DOWs Germany, there will be some French Reserve units available. Check them out using the Pools form (Crtl-Q).
