HMS until 1st October 1941 (the Kiwis were a "division" of the RN until then) HMNZS thereafter.
Is it possible to see on the pennants if it should be HMS or HMNZS?

belongs in a navy museum of some sort...still a piece of military and world history...no doubt about that
