Someone told you a sea story, Fodder. [:D]

No matter what edition, and this is now Mk VIII counting the WitP forum, THE THREAD!!! is always all capitals, including THE, with 3 exclamation points.

Please do tidy up the first post when you have the chance since we will have a year or two to live with this version. [:)]

Ah-so. Chickenboy-san tells fodder-san how things are supposed to be, fodder-san n00b argue, not do anything. USS Mike tell fodder-san how things are supposed to be, fodder-san bows and make changes right away.

Why are they going to NoDak, Mundy? Is this some sort of plea deal to serve out a criminal sentence? That's the only reason I can think of for someone to leave Wisconsin for NoDak. [;)]

Guess who just got a gig as a visiting professor of poultry medicine?

On Grenada.

For two weeks.

Paid.

With full accommodations, meals and airfare.

And a trip for Mrs. Chickenboy thrown in too.

Yessirree, Chickenboy-san struttin' around the roost tonight.

Be careful. If they misunderstand the term "Chicken Doctor" that accommodation just might be a coop that locks from the outside!

More likely his oil company job, post USAF.

With the overtime he's doing, he's earning more than an IT guy like me.

It's Tuesday.
Fresh strawberries on my desk.
Good, hot 44 oz cuppa.
I'm still employed for 3 months.
Could be worse....[8D]

Sounds like an awesome time! When are you going, CB? Sara will be at the clinic in the Turks for two weeks at the end of April and beginning of May. If there is an "Special Reserve" Rhum Barbancourt to be found on the island, she will bring it home for me. Grenada is not far from Trinidad and Tobago. Another of my favorites, that you can actually get easily here, is Zaya, made in T&T. It has a similar flavor to Barbancourt. Try some if you find it!

The Stones just announced a July stadium show here, in Raleigh! Raleigh doesn't usually make it onto a tour of only 15 North American cities. Big deal for the area, and my lovely Bride's favorite rock band. Hoping to take her for our second time seeing them. [8D]

End of August, beginning of September is the ETA. But I have yet to get exact dates. I'll keep an eye out for Zaya, et. al.

Surprising. With the plummeting rig count and the widespread layoffs, I'm surprised that the oil services companies are bringing in new blood from out of state. [&:]
