Is it a Soviet "Medium Tank TG" designed by Edward Grote in 1931 ? It seems to lack the turret mounted 37mm cannon, but the hull mounted 76.2mm weapon is quite evident. Looks like a very advanced design (pretty ugly though).

The info with it said it was not British. Sorry it was so small but enlarging in made it way too grainy. Interestingly enough, it is said to be steam powered.

I guess it is, I checked several sites and they all post the same image. But it looks so much like a British Mark I it's not even funny.
