It can't destroy them as such, but it can damage them and reduce their strength and supply value.

I think my most-desired UI change would be to make the data along the top, left, and right of the screen, stay permanent. Why does it disappear, and have to be redrawn, every time a unit is selected or the map is scrolled?

Fighters have this awesome triple click range feature, it is really nice and simple to use. But Its only for fighters, not bombers [:(]

It shows intercept and escort ranges, I guess that's why it only works for fighters.

Right, but Movement and Strike Ranges are different for bombers. So I keep clickity-clicking on my bombers to see what the strike range is, and then county-count the hexes manually. [>:]

If you right click on a unit and select Properties, the Strike Range should be displayed.

Hopefully that'll save you counting hexes. [:)]

It would be much more nicer if it was the same as the fighter units, though [8D]

Wtf did you add SS units?! Nice

I've been tinkering with all the graphics to make it easier on myself [did you notice the Me-109's and Stuka's ? [:D] ]

I made the German Panzer icon black in the middle, so if we get SS units I can add a little SS to it. Plus, the Panzers just look better as a menacing black. I'm not so happy with my black towns so far, work in progress like everything else. I like to have a map and units where I can identify things at a glance. This mostly has to do with personal preference and familiarity, and I'm guessing that once this is released to the public the Modders will come up with some really nice stuff.

It is a really great thing that the developers kept the graphics files modifiable. That alone is worth the price of admission. [&o]

Not so sure I like the Experience Loss for this one. -50% for taking in 2 Replacements ? Especially for the Germans, and especially since I am a German fanboy [;)]

I agree with the idea of reinforcing and upgrading should be done at the same time. I believe it makes sense given the time scale of the game.

That does seem odd.

I'm playing two games one as Axis and one as Allied just to get a feel for both sides.

In my Allied game the Germans didn't honor the Pact with Russia, got all of Poland and have just invaded the USSR. On the turn they declared war and invaded a whole bunch of Russian units popped up, in positions I assume are fairly historical. The problem is if Germany has all of Poland they cross the border and run right into at least 3 air units and wipe them out, along with some ground units roughly handled.

I forgot these units would pop up and didn't know where. I built a defensive line of sorts but further back along river lines. I think that if Germany get Poland these units ought to be programmed to set up further back so this can't happen.

I'll have a think about their deployments. They should be vulnerable, but the question is how vulnerable. Thanks. [:)]

It would be nice to have a hotkey for supplying a selected unit to max.

How many times have you moved a Para Unit but accidentally dropped it ? I do it a lot and I get mad at myself. I scream and hollar and then the dogs start barking. Now you may say 'Be careful and pay attention', but this is one case where I think a pop-up would be a good thing. 'Execute Para Drop ? Yes/No'

Is there a way to recall a past history of decision events and other events in the game for review?

Is there a way for each HQ to reinforce units within the 5 hex supply range rather than having to do it for all units individually?

And while we're at it: put them all together in ONE place instead of 3 or 4 different edges of the map. I'm kind of dizzy from constantly looking up, down, left, right. It looks nice to have all edges stuffed out, yes, but it doesn't help the game, if i may say so.

Suggest that when the Germans get the Coastal Gun units in France that one be added for the Channel Islands. They had a substantial garrison there that included the 319th Inf Div [which was a 'regular' division] and around 75 guns of 100-305mm.

When New Units arrive at the beginning of a turn, can the map jump to a central location where they can enter ? It's a minor thing but it is a slight nuisance to have to go hunting for the country.
