You'd think that would kick in and override the other settings, at some point. If TPTB want to encourage lurkers to delurk, that really needs to be changed. First cousin to some other fora I've seen where they're still called "newbie" or whatever the default label is for those with the lowest level of post totals. ["Recruit" here]
