Italy declare war on France, and CW. The two colonial powers have to long denied Italy the rights of the Italian speaking population all around the coasts of the Mediterranean Sea. And as the true heirs to the Roman Empire we say that the foreign oppressors must be pushed out, if they do not leave immediately.

US denounce the Italian actions strongly. (One chit added to the US entry) Edit: 2 rolled.

With the clear, and present threat, to German shipping in the Baltic Sea there is no other way than close the Baltic Sea for enemy shipping. And since Denmark refuse to co-operate with the new, benevolent, world order, Germany is forced to occupy certain parts of Denmark to close Kattegat. And because there has been some resistance to the occupying force the state of war now exists between Germany and Denmark.

Only reaction from US was a heated debate in the US senate if the Germans had gone crazy, because several members claimed that Denmark was a German state and this would mean civil war and breakup of Germany. The opposition to this said that Denmark was indeed a neutral, free state, but it still didn't matter because everyone know that Denmark is a Communist country and who cares what happens with them. (8 rolled for US entry, no entry marker drawn)

And now I am reminded of a house rule that we have played with in several games, and I would like to include it in this game as well. If it is ok with everyone.

The house rule is a standing order that no submarines will be included in port strikes. Until cancelled, that is

If that house rule was in effect then I could just pass this form and answer No.

But now I ask, will France include, or exclude, their submarines. If there is no answer shortly, I will assume that the submarine is excluded.
