Seek peace but keep your gun handy.

I'm not a complete idiot, some parts are missing! :o

Some of you fellas are in this Facebook group for computer wargames. Although not AE-specific, there are some discussions on AE as well as other games.

Cheers,
CB

But I would have to have a facebook account to access that. [:(]

Most "youngsters" have abandoned Facebook because it is now mainly populated and used by "boomers".

Alfred

There's fairly solid agreement that the role of platforms like Instagram and Snapchat are playing a bigger part in Facebook's decline than what you would suggest.

Hey, to each his own. I use Facebook primarily for intel-gathering purposes. I usually only post the occasional picture of a BUFF or other military hardware from Strategy Page. I never post anything personal, not even my wedding. In fact, I have standing orders for friends to shoot me if I ever post a food photo on Facebook.

The Computer Wargamers FB group offers great intel on new games coming out and a number of actual game designers are in the group. Another group tells me when whiskey-tasting events are coming, a third tells me about great craft beer pubs in Seoul, etc., etc. I also use FB to keep tabs on competitors and clients. Used properly, Facebook is a great resource.

Cheers,
CB
