Well I wasn't going to declare war so there really wasn't much for me to do without spending a load of oil I could do without consuming. I suppose I could move a few non oil-dependent troops around but there was no real need, so Pass it was.

If there, for any reason, should be more minor ships sailing for UK ports then, if possible without interception, they can head for Liverpool. And Plymouth as secondary port if Liverpool is out of bounds.

And if that doesn't work then I trust you do as you think is best and practical. [:)] [&o]

4 surprise points are used to eliminate the AA fire, The remaining 6 points are used to increase the damage done.

USSR rail one Siberian INF to Leningrad from the Ural region.

Over to China, and USSR for some land moves.

Edit: Missed the Soviet rail move.
