Thanks for the AAR, and it does sound as though the Allies had the upper hand!

Axis didn't make a move, so game was terminated by a server. Well, ok. Few notes from me:

Few important points:

- I invested 300 MPP with India for USSR diplo. There was only one hit, in 01.1941, too late for it to matter.
- France got attacked late and fell late, which of course makes GER weaker in a long run.
- To my surprise, GER delivered a lot of units to NA, and not only AK ones. That's of course good for Russia, 2 Panzers less to care of. And they didn't achieve much in NA, so generally not the best move.
- At some point Reggia Marina got too brave and was battered badly. That was of course important, because Med was now open for RN.
- On the other hand, i let uboats to come to Med, assuming Axis would send them after arctic convoys.
- USSR got attacked in May 1941.I tried a forward defense, trying to save some units spawning on border. It was succesful, I saved a lot of aircraft especially, but generally it wasn't a good idea, way too greedy.
- Pressure was mostly in the south, I'd tell in North it was nonexistent. USSR got hit hard, but held pretty well and there was no major breakthrough.
- Because of Japans DoW's US mobilization climbed quickly and it was ready for war in Nov 1941. Japan made an accelerated PH, but sunk only one ship.
- China held pretty well for whole game, though it didn't achieve much when counterattacking. I think JPN lacked aircraft, without it it's a hard grind.
- With the beginning of 1942, strategic bombing of German mines and cities began, without Luftwaffe opposition.
- With Spring war in Russia restarted, but on different terms - lvl 2 weapons were already available to USSR.
- The most important thing though - German units had both supply and morale issues. It was something with HQ positioning maybe? I don't know, but Germans were not fighting at their best. In result, on each front there was no progress to be made.
- Smolensk was taken in summer 1942, and then soon retaken. There was some push between Kursk and Charkov towards Voronezh, but again, not enough supply and enemy was repulsed. So 1942 was generally a stalemate in steppes, a bloody one. Unfortunately, at this point in game it's usually GG for Germany.
- Japan took everything they usually do, it was slow though even if there was no real opposition. China was a stalemate.
- Finally, in the end of 1942 Italy was invaded by several Marines, taking a lot of cities for free and knocking Italy out of war. There were no Germans nearby, so no Socialist Republik was created. Additional Marines landed in France, again no real opposition. Axis gambled leaving its rear opened and it was time to pay for it.

Apart from France falling quite late, a crucial aspect was supply in Russia. In 1942 Axis can still comfortably push hard, here they were unable because of low readiness and morale. Something with HQ's maybe?

Entertaining game overall.
