April 20 1945

April -45

If I remember correctly 20th of April (getting old it was the 30th) was the day Adolf killed himself. Not in this paralell universe. Only 6 or 7 turns left so I forsee a mushroom cloud over Berlin shortly.

Over the winter with bad weather the allies havent made that much progress so I am pretty sure I will survive to the end of the game.

Game coming to an end 3 more allied turns I think and even though German units crumble and Italy will surrender this turn
Germnay holding out to the end is assured.

Game ended

August 1 1945

Game over. Thanks to my opponent for a nice game.

I have not seen 1945 before so that was interesting. And scary how strong the UK/US was and how weak Germany was. But in the end I had a big enough army with many especially arm corps strong units to last out the game.

I didnt get a major victory so that is obviously not an easy thing to accomplish.
