And Jess, about the M16. Your girl needs you now, you are little good to her in jail. I totally understand the desire to deal with it yourself, but if you do she's going to be missing you at a time she really needs you. A messed up situation, but that's the way it is. Be there for her. My ex still remember her mother's disinterest when she tried to tell her mother that she had been raped at 13. A parent who gave a **** would have been a huge help for her.

Hey, it's called "negative reinforcement"...

Strap him to a chair and start showing him pages from the kid's section of the Sear's catalog. Everytime he "reacts" you drop a flare in his lap and put it out with pepper spray. Bet he loses interest REAL quick!

Unfortunately in most states the Mini would only be good if he came a-knocking at your door, and I dunno if it would even fly in that case up in your neck of the woods.

Now, if the courts don't do their job, then I'm sure there are some men with accents who could be persuaded into doing a little something (and I don't mean the Katz Lovers ), but let's wait until the system gets its chance.

The court date has passed..

The scumbag did not show!!!!:mad:

So now the law is looking for him...

I did however find out this....

1. I know his name and I have his address "lock and load"
(seems the f'r only lives a few miles from me!)

2. He is on probation and has a 3 year jail term coming up for probation violation.

3. He has ANOTHER court date for another un-related charge at the end of this month!

While Jenny and her mom are relieved that Jenny did not have to testify...the ashole is still out there running around!:mad:
