Thanks for the heads up! There was a slight mix-up between the private and open beta branches, this has now been corrected.
These scenarios are still very much works-in-progress, so we don't recommend trying them out unless you can tolerate A LOT of issues and wierd things.

We have been waiting for a new patch for over 4 months and yet we have to wait another couple of months...

As I could not wait, tried on my own and failed
With 4 added Webview2 .dlls the exception error on startup was removed.
But then there is also a DirectN error, tried to update the file with all the versions created by Simon Mourier and still get the White Screen of Death though with a different DX11 renderer error.
Lesson learned and waiting for the official patch
Though worried that perhaps the game is not compatible with my old system any more.

With 4 added Webview2 .dlls the exception error on startup was removed.
But then there is also a DirectN error, tried to update the file with all the versions created by Simon Mourier and still get the White Screen of Death though with a different DX11 renderer error.

It works now, no error in the exception log and I can see the map!
These two .hlsl files made the difference.
Anyone noticed that the loading time of the scenarios has increased? x2
Edit: glitches deleted because after a crash testing a scenario, Command.ini was recreated and I am not seeing them anymore.

So far so good in my testing- much better sim speed, RTB/refueling much better than before.

One is Canary Cage, the name has changed and so is duplicated:
Canarys Cage, 2005 (the new).
Canary's Cage, 2005 (the old).
Some scenarios have .ini files and others no.
Showcase Icebreakers has .ini file but no .scen, is this correct?

You need to be specific as to which have inis and which don't. According to my official list of files, all scenarios have an ini. I made sure of it when I took over maintaining the officials scenarios.Nikel wrote: Wed Sep 25, 2024 5:44 pm Thank you!

Here is the change log. If there is an issue the was reported and I missed, first I'm sorry, second please bump the thread in the Tech Support forum. I searched through both the Tech Support and DLC forums for issues related to the scenario and most of them boiled down to the issues fixed below but it's possible I missed something.
- Selecting a CVA should no longer end the scenario. This one was fixed at one point but I think I accidentally undid the change or had the wrong version of the scenario.
- Reapplied the starting damage to the USS Mississippi.
- Added additional fuel to the USNS Newport.
- The scenario should no longer end early. Scenario briefing states that a ceasefire will be called with Angola 24-36 hours after hostilities start. 12-18 after hostilities start with Russia. Scenario will now end at a random time (hour intervals) between the respective deadlines.

Only Scen are scenarios that where updated and did not require an ini update.
Only ini - Icebreakers didn't have an ini (at least not in my files) so I made one.
