I will likely get fired for expousing a form of Darwinism.
You will likely get fired first for saying "expousing."

I spent $40K on a college education in the 80's and want to get my money's worth. I figure that "Espousing " cost me a few hundred $ to learn and I want to get my use out of it. I will also use "Paradigm" and "archetype" as much as possible. As you can see spelling was an extra cost so I never learned it well.[;)]

Hee. That must be the differnce, all right. I like the Wile E. Coyote, by the way.
Put my faith in the people
And the people let me down.
So, I turned the other way,
And I carry on anyhow.

Some of my favorite teachers were my history teachers.

Had one in high school that was retired military. One tough cookie on tests, but was one of the more interesting and demanding teachers out there. Will always remember his WW2 test.

The other history teacher that I remember, was meticulous in his attention to details. He told us that he read the paper in the morning and underlined as he took notes so he would remember it better. He was also known for marrying a couple of his ex-students. HA!

The one of only 2 foreign units to recieve a Presdential Citiation is Canadian, the other is Austrailian and at the end of that day, only the Canadians held the field, both recieved for action at the same battle.

Which battle are you talking about?
