-A Japanese force was surprised by a lone US destroyer while unloading reinforcements to Gilli Gilli. The enmy ship was sunk, but only after she inflicted heavy damage to CL Isuzu. Fearing the presence of other enemy ships in the area, the Japanese commander retreated his ships despite the fact he didn´t unload the reinforcements.

-The enemy raid on Wake ended. It wasn´t a full invasion. It´s likely that the island will be reinforced with a few Zeroes just for the case of another unescorted raid....enemy air activity detected over PM again, but Zeroes from Lae are already deaing with this minor inconvenient....

KB at work
-KB was out for a leisure cruise. The crews were enjoying their vacations, but when they were only 60 miles from Gilli Gilli, a cowrd enemy attack against that defenseless base forced our Zeroes to action. A few hours latter, a reinforcement convoy was seen in PM...well....it´s very hard to enjoy vacations in wartime[:D]

Navigation mistake
-Yamamoto is not pleased that a navigation mistake ended with the Japanese surface ship only 180 miles from PM, enough to allow torpedo loaded Beauforts to attack the ships. Withouth the Zeroes from KB, the enemy planes were able to damage one of our fast BB´s. Fortunately, no torpedoes found their targets....

Finally some action
-The AVG appeared over Burma, flying LR CAP over British troops. The poor P-40´s were no match for our Zeroes and Oscars, which shot down 13 of them. Meanwhile, PM is active again, but they seem to be lacking modern fighters, since the enemy escorted B-26´s with Wirraways in an attack against a Japanese convoy in Lae. Three B-26´s were lost, and one ship was hit.
