So cookies and whiskey tonight Nik?

I'm thinking Pringles and Whiskey. GF unit is house sitting tonight so me, Pitbull, Yellow and Stupid Cat have the House so to speak....to ourselves. I plan on wearing underwear on my head (clean underwear), watching really cheesy old sci Fi that GF unit can't stand (2nd classic season Dr Who perhaps off Netflix), allowing dogs on the furniture and playing old 1995 Doom clone games.

life is good.

Does the underwear-on-head enhance the viewing/gaming experiences?

Yes......i highly recommend it for releasing one's inner Pan.

Someone said it best on another thread it's hard to get into Labor Day weekend when you're still laboring.

I still don't get the 'our' thing brits have. Labour, it just looks wrong.

Hope you survive Earl clm.

Earlier today I heard our boss tell someone "Labor Day is when you get to celebrate the fact that you have a job!" [8|]

Another big round of job cuts is about to scythe through the hospitals in this country...[:@]

I'm looking forward to going back to work on Monday and seeing if I still have a job or whether my boss has been told by her boss to withdraw the offer of indefinite employment.

What a lovely human being he must be? Does he have a drummer to help the slaves keep a rhythm?
