AVD McFarland dueled with I-23 at Midway. Although getting in the first shot, McFarland lost and was sunk.
Nothing new in China, the maneuvers just as before. One thing that should be recognized is that the optional stacking limits are helping to model the problems associated with chaotic retreats - they penalize over stacking regardless of how it occurs!
