Didn´t made Suarez my captain this gameday, because I thought, they are playing away against a team with a strong defense. Boy, was I wrong. For the second time the Spurs got hammered at home. I only hope Warspite didn´t watched this disaster live. Only good thing, I benched Dawson...

Was watching it on TV...well until they scored. We are really dire. Two flattering wins against Premiership strugglers and the 6-0 against Man City is forgotten? I don't think so....

Out of interest, how many people are still actively participating in this competition?

I have not modified my team for a month or so. But I still like the idea and think that I should enter and do something each week but, alas, it slips my mind.

With that said I am not happy with the rules they have and how they distribute points. I do not understand how they can give one player more points than several other players together. I would dearly like to see one player that good against 5 and I would bet that the 5 would win even if they are as bad as I am. I do not understand why offence rewards individual points but defence reward the points on a position basis. Not happy at all! [:(]

With that said I think it is great fun overall. [:)]

The only two things I am unhappy about are a) I'm not winning [;)] and b) the captain rule. I suppose it keeps the interest alive through unpredictiblility, but its too powerful...

I am unhappy with the fact that the best defender in the world would always get less points than a bad defender in the same team that has the same play time but occasionally scores. One could argue that the good defender would get more extra points but so far I have not seen that happen. They seem to distribute the extra points for offence and the offence already gets to much points.

Edit: I agree with you on the captain rule.

How is the new addition to the Dixie household - and how has big bruvver taken to the new arrival? [:D]

She's fine thanks, a bit of jaundice but the hospital have said they don't need to see her any more. Big brother is keen so far, but there's still novelty value attached...

The lack of a PC makes it hard for me to make any changes to my team, so I still conisder myself in the competition, do not expect any huge changes in my team :P

Took a 4 point hit this week (Lukaku injured, Cabaye moved to PSG). Hope it pays out.
