I downloaded the damned things (French) and placed them directly into the cumulative art file in the appropriate areas. THEY ARE THERE!

I am confident enough with BTS that I am going to begin my Turn ONE prep for the match against Mr. Cribtop...

I believe that new air artwork has been worked up for RAAF Buffalo. Is that available somewhere? Can't seem to find it on the download site.

RE: GOOD News
Wanted to report an anomaly in BTS.
I'm running BTS 1.5 with executable 1123x10.
After assembling the 9th Indian Division and setting it in place to garrison Roti it somehow became gutted after one of the recent patches.
Here is a screenshot of it in its gutted condition:

I dug back among old saves to find it after it had been assembled and before it was gutted.
Here is a screenshot. Take note of the screwy numbers in the upper left denoting "percentage able/percentage total TOE":

RE: GOOD News
And just so people don't think that all I do is complain ( I like to think of it as being helpful by reporting bugs and not as complaining), I'd like to sing some praise.
Anyone who frequents this forum knows I am a dyed-in-the-wool AFB. However, I have always been envious of the Japanese use of floatplanes and floatplane carriers.
The Allies have nothing that compares to the Japanese FP Carriers.
In Stock the Americans get two AVs with a small capacity of 4 (Langley and Wright) and the Dutch get a very small AVP with a capacity of 1 (Arend).
I always work to find rebuilt cruiser FP squadrons to equip these ships.
BTS has added an enhanced French navy and boy do I love it. They get a small AVP with a capacity of 2 (forget name) and this baby pictured below with a capacity of TWENTY.
This jewel is presently on its way to San Fran in my game to pick up Kingfisher squadrons. It can carry a full squadron of 18 planes plus a cruiser squadron of 4 planes.
It will be used to escort those quick transports TFs shipping huge troop concentrations. Its 21 knot speed allows it to keep up with those 17-22 knot fast troop ships.
I absolutely love this ship:

Also a lot of China planes are stuck in the far north at the start is that WAD?

They aren't stuck. This has always been the case even in stock.
You have to move some base forces around to be able to stage the short legged I-16s out.

Hans: I don't think you complain at all. Finding this stuff is GREAT! It truly helps the other players and allows me to clean-up issues. Have no idea WHY the 9th Indian is like this. I haven't touched the Indian Army once. Michael did some work there. MICHAEL---Did you work on the 9th?
If you like that French ship what about the Allied CLV/CAV?

RE: GOOD News
9th Indian Div (ID 6705) - This number refers to "Location" number in Editor. When you click on this number in the Editor, the important number is next to "TOE ID." Current number here is 2776 (NZ art) but should be 2745. This refers to the LCUs full TOE and upgrade path. Please fix John.

RE: GOOD News
That bug was in ALL THREE Mods. Don't how that is possible when Treaty was separate of the other two. Have fixed and am now uploading all the files to the web site.

Hi John, I had some spare time and put this together from stuff I found it's the Amagi and Lexington BCs. I don't know if it's your cup of tea but if it is you're welcome to it. [:)]
