Good luck on your move Chickenboy. I lived in Minnesota in the 60's (the 1960's)
and consider it to be the state approaching closest to civilisation in the entire Union.
I lived in Texas for a while in the mid 70's after returning from overseas. It was fun for
a while but not my kind of place. My parents used to winter in Corpus Christi for
many years but I ain't been back since about 2004 or so. Don't get too near the Gulf.
