It seems to be slow everywhere. There are four other forums I visit on a regular or semi-regular basis and everyone seems to be on vacation from them too.

Robert,

INterested as always, but seems the Thread has hit some doldrums. Nothing to do but crack open some rum and wait it out. I'm sure we'll catch some wind again soon.

BTW - i saw this one and immediately thought of your evil plot for world domination...

Sigh - well, you guys have talked me out of it. Everyone must be involved in fulfilling Valentine's day promises or something...[:'(]

That's actually a squirrel-army recruitment poster. Check the rent and you'll see it's FuzzyThings.com, which is a front for the Squirreled Domination Society.

LOL. You've uncovered part of the plot! At a predetermined time my suicide squirrel squads will throw themselves under the cars of world leaders everywhere, causing them to swirve violently and crash into a tree.

Some over zealous recruits have been practicing their operations, hoping to hone their skills. Unfortunately they have not realized that such an operation can only be practiced once. [:D]

Clearly NOT one of my recruits. This squirrel is a civilian.

I believe this is based the erroneous assumption that most humans swerve to avoid squirrels. Alot of us will turn around and make another pass if we miss the first time. [:D]

Reminds me of that old redneck joke where Johnny is bemoaning to Bubba about totalling his car. When asked how it happened, poor Johnny says "Chasin a damn squirrel and the bugger ran up a tree."

The Thread must end. We have to bring peace and prosperity to the galaxy.
At least until Mike Wood cuts v1.8 loose to the masses .......
