I think it is time for some birds. Any birds at your place?

Lots of mockingbirds around imitating every car alarm ever invented, a few robins, mourning doves, cardinals,
and the usual sparrows, starlings & pigeons. When the eggs hatch those mockingbirds will sing until around 2:30AM and then
start again around 5:00AM to teach the little ones all those car alarms [8|]

It is annoying when you're trying to get to sleep, mockingbirds are really cool to watch when they spot a cat
and strafe it. They weren't even in my area before the West Nile virus decimated the sparrow and pigeon population,
that gave them an opening that they flew into and exploited quite successfully.
