Once the Soviets are consolidating, you can reduce the convoy from UK to Murmansk - this will provide the UK with some more MPP it desperately needs. You can also adjust convoys between US and UK to your needs.

I'm a bit worried about the fact that you didn't man the fortified positions in Karelia against the Fins. It's imperative for the Soviets' survival that Leningrad doesn't fall.
