Game completed, Hartmann301(Axis) vs Markiss(Allies), Axis victory August 1943.

I was never even in this one. Maybe I will have better luck with the Great War.

Game completed, Hartmann301(Axis) vs Taifun (Allies). Allied victory September 1940.

This has been the more intense game I have been involved, we managed to play 36 turns in 4 days...
I was surprised when the Germans managed to easily pass trough the middle of the Maginot line in Dec 1939. But then, when they attacked in May in force along the whole front the going got tougher as they approached PARIS. Eventually, they lost the air superiority over the whole front and I managed several counterattacks that did a lot of damaged. They lost 2 panzerkorps (mot), a para unit and an Army (mot) plus severe damage to 2 Army HQ... They got stalled in the main section of the front and Paris was still in our hands in September. They did destroy 2800 MPPs of British troops but they lost the impressive amount of 6600 MPPs... MPPs that they could ill afford.

Many thanks to Hartmann301 for this game, and an epic fight in French soil!

Taifun, maybe you overlooked that, but Noah's time stamp shows 15th January, which is quite up to date imho.

His over-sized BEF (including two tanks) was a complete surprise. I could have continued but there was no chance of winning. I salute my opponent for a job well done.

Thank you very much.

When you took the three soviet big cities i thouhg i will loss quickly, but, fortunately, i could manage some operations (conquering, for a while, Leningrad and El Cairo) that allowed me to reinforce Britain enought to prevent a quick London paradrop operation.

But, in the end, your victory is unquestionable!

Congratulations

I am enjoying my WW1 play, but I can't pass-up the chance to play BPIN. He has been involved in some of the longest, most legendary matches in this game.

Accordingly, New game BPINisBACK (Axis) vs Markiss (Allies).

May it end in a marginal victory.

Tourney match ended: Etzel(Axis) vs Elveranomaslargo(Allies). Axis victory July 1944.

I want to thank my opponent for this very well fought and tough fight. I might as well have lost this match and I have to congratulate Elveranomaslargo for his strong perfomance.

And some note to Elveranomaslargo: I wanted to send you a private note with some comments to the game. But your Inbox is full. Please send me a PM and I will try again.

Tourney match ended: Etzel(Axis) vs Ktonos(Allies). Axis victory December 1944.

I thank Ktonos for this match and his high fighting spirit. Montgomery managed to set up a strong allied offensive in North Afrika which drove Rommel all the way back to Tunisia. It was the first time I hade to make use of the Mareth Line.
