Army Group B Turn 60
Most Of Army Group B has crossed the Don River now and moving steadily down towards the oilfields.
The Hungarians form a couple of good pockets while the Italians head into the Mountains.

Supply And leader Turn 60
Things are getting tight need to really get the rail heads closer to the front and quickly.
The Russians take more leader losses, I think they have about 400 hundred so they should not run out.

Losses and OB Turn 60
Another good week where we have almost reached the 6 million POW mark, with also 170 plus losses in AFV's
We did really well in the air with only 5 losses to the Red Air force losing 115.
And the OB are looking really good.

AG North Turn 61
18th Armee continues to trudge through the Marshlands and traps a lone unit the failed to pull back fast enough.
Its slow going up in the Far north.
16th and 9th Armee's have better luck in there drive towards Rybinsk, the supply lines are getting very long now.

AG Centre Turn 61
With Moscow secure time to push out a bit further and to try to reduce the Red Army more.
More small pockets are formed with 2 tanks Gorps trapped, I'm not certain how far East I will go but the Soviets are so thinned out now its hard to get big pockets.

As I continue towards Stalingrad I am able to catch some Enemy units including a Tank Corps as well as a Guard Inf Div, still I am some way to the city.
I'm holding some units back to rest as the AI will more than likely make some sought of stand at the city.

Army Group B Turn 61

Supply Lines Turn 61
While I am pushing the enemy back quite comfortably and moving at a good pace I cant keep the rail lines up with my Armies.
Just don't have enough rail repair crews, but i have figured out how to local areas repaired by attaching small units to Korps.
Starting to learn more tricks to this game.

Figures are still steady with this turn again seeing over 100,00 Soviet casualties, we have no broken the 6 million mark for POWs.
Over 2000 artillery pieces destroyed and captured to 148 losses.
Our air losses were not good this turn, the red air force put up a fight.
The Soviets are down to 2.5 million men, hopefully i can keep up the manpower drain on them.

18th Armee has almost reached its final objective, once Cherepovets is capture the Armee will fan out and dig in.
While Leningrad is the prize objective in the North along with the Sonda and Narva for there oil I view Borovichi as a prime target in view of its resources, so I always aim to try to take it.
Further south the drive to Rybinsk by 16th and 9th Armee's continue with the AI throwing whats left of there Northern forces into battle.
The two bodies of water allow for some good defensive setups.

The front line is very thin in terms of Russian troops, though there is a Tank Corps just East of Kalach which will be one of my next targets.

Again I continue cause heavy casualties including many POW's, the soviets are nearing a total casualty figure 10 million.
With 480 AFV's lost this turn they now have lost 30 thousand AFV's in total.
Air losses on both sides are not that high as i am not really doing much in the way of Air attacks.
The ostheer alone is maintaining over 600,000 more men at arms.

The weather and terrain is my real enemy at this time that is slowing me down and of course supply should not be forgotten.
18th Armee is trying to close a trap on about 6 Red Army units in this area but I think most of them will slip away.

Moscow is still being resupplied by Air, so my new objectives now is to capture Airfields and stop the supply runs into the besieged capital.
lots of open terrain South of Moscow for 2nd Pz to sweep around and encircle Tambov but not capture it as I only have about a 20 to 30 point buffer in victory points that i want to use in the South.
Again I am slowing my advance allowing firstly the supply lines to catch up also resting troops, also the Soviets have thrown a line of units up here and I want look at trapping them.
