Soviets rebase a Pe-8 into Vlad' and a TB-3 at Vlad' shifts a hex to the east.

France rebases Potez to Paris and the MS 406 a hex SW.

No reorgs.

Turn ends on a 2 (less than 4 required).

No partisans

USSR marker to defence. How do the Germans wish to place theirs?

Axis end of turn:

I had some issues with the saved German oil after I went through the End of Turn. Somehow I ended up with one more oil than I expected, and oil in wrong locations. I changed the oil orders below (but not tested them) and hope it solves things. Could you please make an extra check on the German oil after the end of turn?

Lend Lease:
Italy requests, and receives, the Ju 88A1 (LND3) from Germany. Please remove the LND3 with 3 in tactical strength from the German pool.

Preliminary planning:
Germany 22 production points - 15 BPs. Save 1 oil in Budapest.
Italy - 6 production points - 5 BPs. Save 2 oil. 1 in Milan, and 1 in Rome.
Japan - 17 production points - 16 BPs. Save 1 NEI oil in Canton.

Stay at sea:
The following units stay at sea.

Germany:
Baltic Sea: 4 x CPs.

Italy:
Western Mediterranean: 2 x CL (Montecuccoli + Colleoni)
Italian Coast: CP + CA (Trento) + CL (Attendolo)

Japan:
Sea of Japan: CP
Japanese Coast: 5 x CP
China Sea: 7 x CP
South China Sea: 3 x CP
The Marianas: CP

Return to Base:

Germany:
Eastern Mediterranean: NAV3 -> 74,39 (Sicily)

Italy:
Italian Coast: BB + CA -> La Spezia
CSV: SUB -> La Spezia
West Med: Fleet (2 x BB + 2 x CA + TRS) -> La Spezia; FTR2 -> 74,39 (Sicily); LND3 -> Genoa; NAV2 -> 74,40 (Sicily); NAV2 -> 75,40 (Sicily)

Japan:
-

Use Oil:

Germany:
All units are reorganized for 2 oil (1.7). Use 2 oil saved in Berlin.

Italy:
All units are reorganized for 1 oil (1.15). Use 1 oil saved in Rome.

Japan:
All units are reorganized for 0 oil (0.2).

Breakdown:
Germany:
INF (52,47) -> INF Div + 1-4 MOT Div

Prod plan Final:
Germany - No changes needed - 15 BPs
Italy - No changes needed - 5 BPs
Japan - No changes should be needed - 16 BPs

Production:
Germany (15):
INF
2 x FTR2
LND3
2 x Pilot
CA Adm Scheer (Rep)

Italy (5):
ATR3
Pilot

Japan (16):
INF
2 x TERR
FTR2
LND3
BB (1st)
Pilot

Factory destruction:
-

Reinforcements:

Germany:
FTR2 (Bf 109E-4) -> Cologne
2 x LND2 (Ju 87D) -> Aachen
MIL (Hun) -> Budapest

Italy:
FTR2 (Macchi C200) -> Palermo
BB -> La Spezia

Japan:
3-2 TERR -> Tsitsihar
2-3 TERR -> Harbin
CL -> Fukuoka
MTN -> Osaka

Voluntary Resource Lending:
Modified; Germany -> Italy: 2 resources, (0 oil, minimum)

Axis goes first if we win the initiative. Demands re-roll if need be.

Note for Axis:
Italy: 7 oil total - 4 oil in Milan, 3 in Rome.
Japan: 10 oil total - 3 oil in Tokyo, 2 in Osaka, 2 in Canton, 1 oil in each of Kyoto, Nagoya, and Sendai
Germany: 8 oil total - 2 oil in Berlin, 2 oil in Prague, and 1 oil in each of Breslau, Bratislava, Budapest, and Vienna.

Right, before I go any further can the Axis confirm this is right (based on their initial comment) - the Italian oil looks like one more than stated.

EDIT: I'll call it a day there anyway. I can't get the US/Chinese to work - despite going through the process Orm showed me - and I'm running out of patience. I'll pick up when I've calmed down.

The program is so temperamental that it looks like unless the amendment is made correctly first time, the resource goes to Chungking, leaving the Kweiyang unusable. So everytime this doesn't work I have to start the whole phase over from scratch. Not good....

Yes. I think it looks as it did for me, and then the end result was right. I think we see a 'cosmetic' counting bug with the Italian oil that we can ignore.

I think this can be fixed by going to the Chinese "planning form" and clear the 'defaults' and 'overrides' on the resource marked as going to Chungking and then recomputed.

Then that resource disappears and the correct one is traded. In my test case the Philippines resource goes to Kunming.

Germany

An INF in Poland breaksdown to a 2-3 DIV + 1-5 MOT DIV

The Build points all look as they should except the CW that has decided to lose a build point. Looks like its caused by the French Senegal resource. I have to accept its right as there is no way I'm going back and re-doing all this now.

Germany: 8 oil total - 2 oil in Berlin, 3 oil in Prague, 1 oil in Vienna, 1 oil in Bratislava, and 1 oil in Breslau. There seems to be 1 oil in Prague too many and one too few in Budapest but at least the overall number is right.
