Off to see the University of Minnesota Gophers get stompulated by Penn State today. Hey, someone's gotta fly the flag. Get to see the shiny new stadium-supposed to be real nice. Of course we're expecting rain today of all days...[:-]
Good Thread!!! I dreamed last night that I was in the new staduim (which I've only seen on TV) getting ready for a Gophers football game and I realized I had forgotten to bring a jacket when it started to rain. [X(] [:D]
IRL, the stadium was very nicely built. The seats (between the Gophers' 40-50) were the best football seats I've ever had. The audience was "Minnesota nice" and the weather held.
The game was interesting too and not the blowout I expected. M-I-N-N-E-S-O-T-A....Gooooo Gophers! [&o]
