Flying Tiger,

Did you get a shipment notification? If so, sounds like the shipper lost the game. Please contact our Help Desk and let them know the game is lost en route and ask them to ship a replacement copy.

Regards,

- Erik

Ditto for me too.  I contacted Matrix and am awaiting a reply.  My situation is clouded by the fact of it being an international shipment though.

The UK warehouse seems to have run out already. I ordered my copy on the 10th October, and its still in 'Backorder' status [>:]

If only I'd gone for the Digital download as well

In the US shipment is quick. I ordered the game tuesday night and went with cheapest shipping and got the game today. Not bad.

I'm not with Matrix, but I've read in the past that they want you to contact them direct at Customer Service by telephone or email for that sort of thing. It's not something the user forums can help you with.

ok, 7 calls to CS, at least that many emails..
emails from them telling me everything from ; "we have no order" to we ned u to verify your address, the product whipped somewhere in Denver and was returned... to no " we are out of stock"
I need some type of official response... this is absurd!
DR is perhaps the worst company I have ever dealt with, and that is saying a lot!!!!

I suggest you put together a single document with all of this info in (more or less) chronological order and PM it to Erik Rutins. Ask him to take the ball or assign it to someone specific to take responsibility and follow up.

If you have a UPS tracking number that's an excellent sign. I'm sure you know, but in case you don't know, just go to UPS.com then cut & paste in the tracking number. They provide very helpful information.
