What if you rail HQ one hex NE of Bayonne? Then CW easily gets those oil. France can use oil in Bayonne and save new oil to Bordeaux.

Something like that will do.

Edit: Although saying that, once railed, it's disorganised for the rest of the turn, so I would prefer to be able to rail it directly into place if possible.

Hopefully the French will have cause to spend all the oils on reorganising units as they continue their valiant defence of the motherland.

No worries, France has time to use oil in Bayonne. Paris is not going to fall in some time [8D]

Game 1

My Italian subs just dodged a bullet! I'll have to deploy them next impulse to get them away from further temptation, so combined at least. Must remember to return them to a major port if they survive.

Game 1

Looks like I forgot to remove pilots from Finnish planes. Remind me next turn end.

Germany takes land action.

In BoB there are only CPs. If Italy wants to attack with planes, Germany can send FW190 to box 2.

Ground strikes
Ju87B in hex 52,55 attacks Kiev (if intercepted, 6 factor Bf109 joins the combat). Stuka lands to 54,56 and Bf109 lands to 52,55.

Ju87D in hex 55,54 attacks Odessa and lands to 57,55.

Rail moves
INF from Budapest to Rotterdam
Rumanian HQ to 56,26 (east of Nantes)
MTN from Lvov to Barcelona
If your attack is going really well, it's an ambush.

Game 2

No naval moves for my Major Powers.

French Artillery fires either hex 53,31 or 52,31.

Full pass is tempting me (30%) but that is too risky. France has to take land action to reform their lines. France gets pretty good defense line.

France will rail Bordeaux MIL from Lille to Toulon and leave Lille for CW.

I believe Germany is going to attack hex 55,31 from 3 hexes (France will place ARM, GAR and AT gun that hex) and maybe SW of Lille 53,30 from 2 hexes (France will place MECH, INF HQ and ART that hex). I want to prevent that second attack by ground striking units that can attack.

Game 1

Should we start to send German units to Italy and Italians can protect more France?

Not sure about the protect more of France bit. Italy could do with a couple more units to cover some of the vacant minor ports.

We could try all pass except France for 20%. It's only China that is a bit of a gamble with it.

Just realised, I've messed up Biscay. With Germany taking land, I should have sent an Italian air unit. Too late now [:(].

China looks bad. I think Communist have to retreat and block Japs way to west.

Yes, Italians were needed. There are no bombers and Germany can't initiate. Not that big problem, but Germany could have used rebase in east.

Game 1:

Should Italians wait one more impulse before attacking partisan to get better odds? Can CW provide ground support? German fighter can intercept, but otherwise I would like to protect factories as Italy has troops near by. Germany will wait one more impulse in northern France so that they get MECH div to that attack.

Odds are 11:2. Air support gives 14:2. If we leave for another impulse it probably moves to Lyon and then we are attacking across rivers. I'm happy to go at 11:2 but any extra support would be good.

If I send German fighter bomber, CW long distance bombers from Africa can provide ground support to make it 14:4.

I don’t think there is any rush to attack, but you can fo it if you want.

Germany makes 2x 5:1 attack to cities in USSR.

Actually CW is not able to support partisan. I was sure they were able to do that.

But if Germany bombs, there is -1 for dice so I think German fighter is better defend factories.

CW took naval, they can't send units to Lille now. France will leave only one unit there. If Germany attacks, CW can counter attack. Germany can't hold both Lille and hex east of Lille. Can I ask CW to take land/combined next impulse so that France can move units out of Lille to defend Paris?

CW will probably take a combined. It'll give enough land moves for a little military two-step as I shuffle the units around to garrison Lille.
