The Italian spearhead in the southwest of France has a significant impact on the Allied production. The fast Italian Corpo d'armata Celere managed to cut the important Spanish-French railway that transported a huge amount of resources to the French factories. This happened so fast that the convoys heading for Spanish ports with resources to France has not yet been redirected to open ports in France.

This is estimated to cost the Allied production a loss of 6 BPs.

Axis wins the initiative. Allies does not demand a re-roll (since it was on the 0 row and Axis wins ties). Axis rolled 10, while Allies rolled 6.
