CW will select blitz for the attack on Gibraltar.

If Gibraltar is lost, then all ships will be rebasing together, except SUBs. The SUB will sail for Malta. All other ships, if possible, seek safe haven in Plymouth.

People say that there are so many die rolls in WiF that the luck will even out. But some rolls are more important than others. This was one of the important ones.
I thought I knew how to play this game....
