Somebody just drove a puce Maserati up my street. Those things make a tremendous amount of noise even when they're just going 10 mph. Can you mow your grass with one of those?

A 'furry friend'? I don't get the whole dress-in-fuzzy-animal-costumes meme, but I am pretty sure the cops don't use them for enhancement while on the job!
