The update WAS due out a while ago but there seems to be a Tennessee issue in connectivity right now. Probably due to his advanced AGE...

Minor loadout detail. G8N cannot carry 16x250kg bombload. 4000kg load is only acheivable as 2x2000kg bombs, though I've never been able to find out anything about these bombs(they appear on the loadout chart and nowhere else). 2x1500kg, 8x250kg, 3x800kg are the max bombload for this aircraft. The reason IIRC is due to bay dimensions. The bay isn't long enough to fit the 800kg tip to tail, so two are carried in one row and one in the center. I don't know about the specific reasons for the 250kg's restrictions, but it probably amounts to the same at the core.

I didn't mess with the bombload of Miss RITA. It is the same as the stock version...

Update Releases

Post by John 3rd »

OK. The updates are complete.

Change List:
050 Reluctant Admiral
---Reduced by 50 the following India Garrison Requirements: Bombay, Calcutta, Dehli, and Karachi.
---Added 500 Garrison Points to Manchuria, Occupied China, and China
---Further crippled US Economy to about 66% of normal Scen 1 start

055 Between the Storms
** All of the above**
---Reduced Japanese Plane starting stockpiles for Zero, Val, and kate to better reflect the all-out effort made to have modern planes on CV/CVL/CAV on Dec 7th.
---Added Japanese Planes to starting stockpiles for Dave, Alf, and Pete reflecting the increased Jake production and transfer over to that plane type from the older planes.
---Moved new CAs (Hirado-Class: Hirado and Suzuka) from Cam Rahn Bay to KB-1 to add a few more escorts to the PH Strike Force

Am uploading the files to the RA Site now.

Attention Allied players!!!!

I have to use the "J" key to bring up the Allied Industry, and then click on the "All Industry" to clear the screen. Next, click on "Air" and "RD Air" to bring up just your aircraft factories. You will often see some factories going from 'Yes' to 'No' for all three (upgrade, production, repair) for many of your factories. This occurs almost every time I upgrade to a newer version of BTS and RA. I have missed up to a week of production early in the war by not doing this. A clue that you need to do this is when you see "data has been upgraded or changed" (paraphrasing here) when you load the game file.

Thank you for that info. maybe John should put that disclaimer on the RA site....GP

John, Don't think this is an issue but the BTS 1.8 download shows as 1.7 on the scenario list in game. Also the art for the OZ/NZ buffs is not in the Art pack yet and Oro, near Port moresby is still showing 2 base discriptions. But mostly looks like everything from the allied side is looking good....GP

I was playing with the editor and found 2 units at Hong Kong in the editor that aren't in the game.  2nd Royal Scots and a Kumaon Bn.  This got me looking the Scots where actually at Hong Kong the Kumaon was not.  While looking I found that some Chinese soldiers are not represented in the game.  So my question is whats with the Sots and HKCR units?

Hey Guys. Sorry I did not see these Posts earlier.

DOCUP: The Royal Scots were added. Not sure about the others. Will check. Which are the Chinese units you mention?

CAV: Definite mistake. Will correct.
